Camden's Heritage Town Centre

Camden's charm is its heritage. Argyle Street and the surrounding town centre are lined with boutique retail, cafes and professional services in buildings that are decades — sometimes over a century — old. That character draws steady foot traffic, but it also means older shopfronts, heritage glazing and shared laneways that need protection without being turned into a fortress.

Davlin Security works with Camden retailers and building owners to balance visible protection with the precinct's welcoming feel — after-hours patrols, shopfront checks and guards who understand the difference between a customer and a problem.

Small Business and Retail Protection

Camden's small businesses face the usual retail risks — shoplifting, after-hours break-ins, damage to shopfronts — alongside the added pressure of protecting heritage fit-outs and stock that's often higher-margin. Our mobile patrols cover the town centre and surrounding streets, and we provide alarm response so an activation is met by a real person, not just a logged alert.

Events and the Camden Show

Camden punches above its weight for community events, and the Camden Showground is the centrepiece. From the Camden Show itself to markets, festivals and activations through the year, crowds arrive in waves that need managed access, crowd control and clear emergency coordination. We provide event security with crowd management, gate and access control, and risk planning that starts well before the day.
